AIRS, a developer of candidate-sourcing technology, announced at the 2007 ERE Conference the integration of Jigsaw into the AIRS PeopleSearch Engine, which is available as a module in its SourcePoint recruitment technology.
Jigsaw is an online business-contact marketplace, and this new integration will increase the reach of AIRS SourcePoint and PeopleSearch users to more than 40 million passive candidates.
“The ability to access targeted passive candidates is increasingly becoming more and more of a necessity for recruiters in today’s job marketplace,” Chris Forman, AIRS CEO, said. “Jigsaw is a valuable integration for our PeopleSearch engine, as it allows recruiters to go beyond traditional resumes to help them find the targeted candidates they are looking for.”
AIRS PeopleSearch Engine gives recruiters access to more than 40 million candidate profiles, which can be targeted using crucial characteristics, including name, title, industry, company, revenue, number of employees, keywords and geography.
The PeopleSearch engine is just one of seven cutting-edge modules in AIRS SourcePoint enterprise-sourcing system.
Packed with a suite of innovative, cutting-edge sourcing tools, SourcePoint can be configured to provide every recruiter on a team with precisely the tools and functionality they need to meet their recruiting objectives — all in one, easy-to-use, OFCCP-compliant, ATS-integrated enterprise environment.
