  3. Great article highlighting one of the fast moving business function – learning. Very interesting to see how McKinsey & Co. is handling as they are the front runners of analyzing market trends . Also great idea of the blended approach. I would like to also understand how the culture at M&C is embracing the new learning model? Are they able to take the learning and immediately make an impact on their clients? Do they know the effectiveness of this new approach ? Has the company laid out a measurements of success, and if so, what are they?
