1. This is spot on Sheila! As learning professionals, we too often develop high impact content then leave it to go stale. An agile approach to continuous improvement (both on the design and learner side) is imperative to meeting the needs of change we are experiencing.

  2. Yes, I believe learning efforts need to be well balanced with business results and individual(learner) aspirations and the digital technologies and new models (like blended learning) can enable this over and above the scale and flexibility it offers by default.
