1. A leader has little to do with age and more to do with their ability to have others trust them. Age is truly only a number and someone in their youth may be just as qualified as someone 20 years senior.

  2. I keep seeing that millennial want coaching and mentoring… but I am not sure how organizations are going to manage this. What do you propose organizations do to meet the demands for millennial to have that type of feedback? Do you think millennial will need to go outside of the organization?

  3. @disqus_WOf1itR5dq:disqus I totally agree. However, sometimes when you are perceived younger it takes much more effort to get people older than you trust you. There is age-judgment for sure, regardless of capability.
