• Proper utilization of project controls.
• Estimating — Fundamentals of estimating TIC projects.
• Scheduling — How to properly develop and manage your schedule.
• EVM/forecasting — Truly understanding your project status.
• Risk management — A guide to total project exposure (estimate uncertainty and event driven risk).
