Members of the Allen Communication Learning Services executive team will be presenting on the iPad and training solution design tools June 26 to 29 at The Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators (SITE) Conference in Austin, Texas.
Ron Zamir, president and CEO of Allen Communication, will be conducting a workshop on course design for the iPad at 4 p.m. June 27. Michael Noble, chief learning officer at Allen Communication, will be presenting a concurrent session on the ANSWER Analysis at 7:45 a.m. June 28.
“SITE is excited to have presenters from Allen Communication Learning Services,” said Sandra Masters, SITE program co-chair. “All of the SITE conference presenters were selected based on the professional development needs of over 1,000 SITE members. The expanded iPad session presented by Ron Zamir, and Michael Noble’s concurrent session, fit well with the themes of our conference.”
Zamir will present information, tools and applications on how the iPad can serve as an effective training platform for corporate users. He’ll discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the iPad in learning, and facilitate design activities using apps and resources relevant to the attendees’ training strategies.
Workshop participants will also get an exclusive sneak peek at Allen Communication’s new instructional design app for the iPad. This app will assist novice and experienced instructional designers, course developers and corporate trainers to prepare for training projects.
Noble will share the ANSWER Analysis tool, which can gather and evaluate key factors before developing solutions. Noble will share case studies of the utility of the ANSWER methodology at Fortune 500 companies, and participants will practice conducting an ANSWER Analysis.
