Triple Creek Adds Clients for Learning Software

Thirty-four new customers adopt company’s mentoring program.

Denver — Aug. 3

Triple Creek, an enterprise mentoring and structured social learning software company, announced 34 customers have adopted Open Mentoring 5 to support their enterprise-wide mentoring and social learning initiatives. Designed for organizations with thousands of knowledge workers, Triple Creek’s Open Mentoring software has been used by more than 100 large companies seeking to improve people-to-people collaborative learning across divisions, geographies, experience and knowledge sets.

A sampling of the customers include Agilent Technologies, American Axle, AT&T, Bayer, CDW, Merck, Northern Trust, Novartis, Baird, Sysmex, UniCredit, URS and Verizon Business.

Open Mentoring 5 measures workforce competency gaps, matches learners and advisers based on learning needs and analyzes gains made over time. As a result, Triple Creek claims companies are able to more efficiently and effectively close employee skill gaps, build expertise and increase employee speed to competence.

The platform is available as an SaaS offering.
