CCL Partners Appoints New Innovator in Residence

Ed Milano will partner with CCL to enhance health care through new approaches to leadership development, develop innovative organizational cultures and identify emerging trends in the field of leadership.

Greensboro, N.C. — Aug. 26

The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ed Milano, vice president of program development at Continuum, a global innovation and design consultancy, as its new innovator in residence.

In this one-year, renewable role, Milano will partner with CCL to enhance health care through new approaches to leadership development, develop innovative organizational cultures and identify emerging trends in the field of leadership.

Milano, who will continue to work full time at Continuum, directs the customization of Continuum’s services for clients and also founded the firm’s health and wellness research community. He facilitates workshops for clients and presents at conferences on design and innovation.

Milano is an alumnus of CCL’s Leadership at the Peak program for senior executives and has served as a trainer in CCL programs on leading innovation.

Prior to joining Continuum, Milano held senior leadership positions at two global advertising agencies. He earned a B.A. in economics from Northwestern University.
