About Christyl Lucille Murray

Christyl Lucille Murray is an accomplished human capital executive and former management consultant with deep expertise in organizational strategy, change leadership and enterprise culture transformation. She brings more than 10 years of cross-industry experience, having held senior HR and business leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase, Accenture and Capgemini.

Christyl currently serves as Executive Director of the Talent Management Collective (TMC), a peer community where talent management leaders learn and solve problems together, and EdgePoint, a community of senior leaders connected through shared learning, trusted counsel and a common philosophy of leadership. This work draws directly on her experience building leadership development programs inside JPMorgan Chase (including the VP Academy) and Morgan Stanley (EMPOWER), and on her academic work as Adjunct Assistant Teaching Professor of Leadership at Brown and adjunct faculty at Columbia and NYU. She also brings deep AI fluency to the role as a founding member of Women Applying AI and the author of SHINE, a framework for leading human-centered AI transformation, published by Chief Learning Officer.

Most recently, Christyl served as executive director at Morgan Stanley, where she led wealth management talent and culture initiatives for Morgan Stanley at Work, the firm’s workplace solutions business. There, she designed and delivered signature programs, including the Mutual Mentoring Workshops, inspired by Accenture and Deloitte Greenhouse-style labs, and the Knowledge at Work collaboration platform, advancing the Culture pillar of the firm’s Integrated Strategy and unlocking new business synergies.
