In order to shape and develop a more skilled workforce, the future will require more partnership and collaboration between higher education, executive education and corporate L&D. But this is no easy task, as the philosophies, methodologies and technologies for teaching and training between these differ. This conversation will focus on the importance of establishing partnerships and resources to provide the skills and training that all learners require, especially during these unprecedented times where we are grappling with remote/hybrid learning and work — and the benefits to both corporations and educational institutions in doing so.
