About Treca Bourne

Treca Bourne, EdD, CPTD is a senior talent development leader with Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board—Virginia’s largest publicly funded behavioral healthcare provider. She leads agency-wide workforce capability initiatives, governance of clinical and leadership development programs, and clinical compliance training for more than 1,200 employees serving over 22,000 clients annually. In addition to her leadership role, she is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where she teaches courses in information systems management and professional exploration. Dr. Bourne holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development.
