Madeleine Homan Blanchard is the Chief Coaching Architect for Blanchard, a master certified coach and a cofounder of Blanchard Coaching Services. Homan Blanchard is also a co-author of “Leverage Your Best, Ditch the Rest and Coaching in Organizations,” along with the weekly “Ask Madeleine” featured on Blanchard LeaderChat. She received her Master of Science degree in NeuroLeadership from Middlesex University and her bachelor’s degree in theater and performance studies from Georgetown University.
