About Radia Carr

Radia Carr is the VP, Client Engagement & Corporate Trainer for Dale
Carnegie of Central & Southern NJ. She has been a corporate
training professional and consultant for 13 years. Radia has a true
passion for leadership, presentations skills and sales training.

She has also been a top performer in sales for Dale Carnegie for 13
years. She has consistently been ranked in the Top 5-10 in Sales in
the US and globally. She works with clients primarily headquartered
in New Jersey. She has worked with organizations such as Otsuka
Pharmaceuticals, Bristol Myers Squibb, Novo Nordisk, Wakefern
Food Corporation, Colgate-Palmolive, Hapag-Lloyd, Rutgers
University and many others. Radia is passionate about coaching
professionals to high levels of performance and seeing them
transform in their personal and professional lives.

She is passionate about giving back to the community through
raising money for MS and other non-profits such as Elijah’s Promise.
She was a board member and member of the Rotary Club of New
Brunswick NJ for 7 years and currently sits on the Board of Directors
of NonProfit Connect of Mercer County, NJ and is also an active
board member of the South Brunswick, NJ Economic Development
Committee.

Radia has a BA Degree from Rutgers University, New Brunswick and
is a graduate of the Somerset County Police Academy. She is fluent
in both English & French.
