Lori MacIsaac is a leadership and organizational development professional with more than 30 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, talent development and business performance. She has held leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Rutgers University and Parker Life and currently supports Sandy Ogg’s executive advisory business at CEO Works. Lori holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, is a Harvard-certified executive coach and has authored eight published business case studies on managing change.
