Leah Peters is a Chief Academic Officer with 19 years of leadership experience. She is an ICF ACC–certified executive coach and a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, with deep expertise in adult development, the science of learning, and inclusive leadership. Leah was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD relatively late in life, and she is committed to designing professional learning and coaching systems where neurodiverse leaders—and all leaders—can thrive.
