About Clare S. Dygert

Clare S. Dygert is chief learning strategist at SweetRush.

Clare has worked in the field of adult learning for more than 40 years. Over the past 10 years, she built and led SweetRush’s award winning LXD team. She is the principal architect of their LXD model and designs high-impact learning programs for their clients, such as the Capgemini Connected Manager program, which has won 14 Brandon Hall Awards and two Chief Learning Officer Learning in Practice Awards.
