This webinar will demonstrate the value of identifying and leveraging your employees’ passions to achieve commitment. We know each of our team members are unique. How can we use that to create stronger commitment to the team’s success? Participants will have the opportunity to engage with several examples and considerations that will be shared so leaders can implement these practices in their workplace.

 

By the end of this session, learners will be able to:

• Discuss the value of identifying employees’ passions.

• Identify how an employee’s passion can lead to greater commitment.

• Identify how provided recommendations can be applied within their teams.

    Associate Vice President - People Development, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center

    Jason Weber is the associate vice chancellor – leader and culture development for the Texas Tech University System. In this role, he is responsible for the development of values-based leadership programming at each of the Texas Tech University System Institutions. Jason also serves the organization as an internal executive and professional coach. Jason is an award-winning author and has published several articles about accountability in teams, team effectiveness and bringing servant leadership into organizations.
