Join us to explore the journey of Marcel Classes, Publicis Groupe’s platform for all things learning. In this webinar, Carol Sinko, senior vice president and Marcel Classes global lead, and Stacey Richter-Levy, vice president of live learning delivery and strategy, will share their insights on how Marcel Classes has transformed the way learning is approached in a huge multicultural global organization through the aim of increasing participation, improving outcomes and reducing costs.
They will discuss their path from a holding company with siloed learning options to a “power of one” mentality, including the seismic shift in 2020 and how it has had an impact to date, as well as to the future outlook. Carol Sinko leads Publicis Groupe’s learning platform, Marcel Classes. Carol’s team of learning and development experts drives strategic direction of learning initiatives, including the launch of Publicis Groupe’s first global learning management system and integration of the LMS with a custom AI employee development platform. Carol has more than 20 years of experience in learning and development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Northwestern University. She has been a guest speaker on the L&D + and Wildly Capable podcasts and a panel moderator for Corporate Learning Network’s CLO Exchange.
Stacey Richter-Levy
Vice President, Live Learning Delivery and Strategy·Publicis Groupe
Stacey Richter-Levy creates and facilitates impactful learning experiences that empower employees at all levels to reach their full potential. Stacey leads virtual learning initiatives and orchestrates a roster of internal facilitators around the globe. Built on a foundation of her master’s degree in social-organizational psychology from Columbia University, Stacey’s successful career spans a variety of industries including finance, media and entertainment, and advertising. She is an energetic and engaging in-person and virtual presenter and prides herself on innovative workshop and program design which was recognized by ATD, winning the Excellence in Practice Award for the Mission 650 Program.
