Leverage Employees’ Star Power: Transforming Learning with a Social, Mobile-First Approach

September 7, 2023 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pmEastern Time

Description

This session will explore the journey of transforming the learning experience for a large organization of 17,000 people. Keeping up with the speed of corporate transformation required Infor to assess its learning strategy from top to bottom. With the company historically rooted in traditional instructor-led training, e-learning and event-based learning, the ability to support upskilling and reskilling initiatives was stalled out.

From the decision-making process to influencing stakeholders and managing change, we will share insights and lessons learned along the way. Discover how you can drive impactful change through surfacing bite-size insights in the palm of your workforce hand, and by placing your employees at the heart of content creation and curation by creating internal “thinkfluencers” to ultimately go faster with skills transformation.

Hear how the usage and adoption of targeted, personalized learning content exceeded all expectations and led to 100 percent completion rates with better data and insights into what employees wanted to learn along with what they needed to learn.

Learning objectives:
● Breaking the cycle of formal learning for everything.
● Understanding how “just-in-time” micro-learning is impactful to your workforce.
● How to leverage the power of storytelling and bite-size insights from your internal experts and harness their star power to drive learning internally.
● Track and measure learning consumption to the second and see what else employees are interested in learning as they wander into other prebuilt “thinkfluencer” content.
