About Treca Bourne

Treca Bourne, EdD, CPTD is an Organizational Learning & Development Strategist at Fairfax County Government working within Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board—Virginia’s largest publicly funded behavioral healthcare provider. She leads agency-wide workforce capability initiatives, governance of clinical and leadership development programs, and clinical compliance training for more than 1,200 employees serving over 22,000 clients annually. In addition to her leadership role, she is an adjunct professor teaching academic and professional leadership, career development, and information systems courses for universities. Dr. Bourne holds a Doctor of Education in Community College Leadership from Morgan State University and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development.
