About Noah G. Rabinowitz

Noah R. Rabinowitz leads team and organization effectiveness work with a simple bias: learning should change performance—not just produce content, clicks, or “great session!” survey scores.

He is currently the Senior Director of Org Transformation Newbuild at Royal Caribbean Group, where he helps shape learning strategies and programs that scale while staying rooted in the realities of work.

Over the last two decades, Rabinowitz has worked across industry and consulting—everything from instructional design and facilitation to coaching, assessment, program leadership, and building corporate universities. He has also served twice as a Chief Learning Officer and worked across five continents.

He currently co-leads CLO LIFT, a practitioner-led community focused on reclaiming the thought leadership agenda in L&D—and solving the hard problems with more rigor, clearer standards, and fewer slogans.

Rabinowitz’s focus areas include: Enterprise learning strategy, leadership development, team effectiveness, org capability building, corporate universities, and measurement that’s tied to application.

He currently resides in Delray Beach, Florida, where you can find him outdoors, cooking, gardening… or drinking coffee.
