Corrinne E. Williams, Ph.D., is a leadership development practitioner and researcher with more than 16 years of experience supporting leadership growth, organizational effectiveness and talent development initiatives across healthcare and technology organizations.

She recently completed her Ph.D. in Global Organizational Leadership and Change at Pepperdine University, where her research examined leadership experiences in high-pressure and complex organizational environments.
