Christyl Lucille Murray is an accomplished human capital executive and former management consultant with deep expertise in organizational strategy, change leadership and enterprise culture transformation. She brings more than 15 years of cross-industry experience, having held senior HR and business leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase, Accenture and Capgemini.

Most recently, Christyl served as executive director at Morgan Stanley, where she led wealth management talent and culture initiatives for Morgan Stanley at Work, the firm’s workplace solutions business. There, she designed and delivered transformative programs such as the Mutual Mentoring Workshops — inspired by Deloitte and Accenture Greenhouse-style labs — and the Knowledge at Work collaboration platform, advancing the Culture pillar of the firm’s Integrated Strategy and unlocking new business synergies.
