About Steve Routman

Steve Routman leads a team of Managers of Strategic Accounts at DeVryWORKS.  Steve has thirty years of experience as sales leader in industries as divergent as consumer electronics, recycling and higher education.  Throughout his career in higher education, Steve has helped companies find opportunities for growth, doing so by focusing on the organizational and talent development needs that align with the clients’ long and short term business goals.   At DeVry University he is responsible for a team that is tasked with creating, growing and maintaining corporate education and training programs aimed at perpetuating a viable talent pipeline.  Steve attended Penn State University.
