About Treca Bourne

Treca Bourne, EdD, CPTD, is an Organizational Learning & Development Strategist at Fairfax County Government, working within the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board—Virginia’s largest publicly funded behavioral healthcare provider. She leads agency-wide workforce capability initiatives, governs clinical and leadership development programs, and delivers clinical compliance training for more than 1,200 employees serving over 22,000 clients annually. In addition to her leadership role, she is an Adjunct Professor of Computer Information Systems at University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC). Dr. Bourne holds a Doctor of Education from Morgan State University and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development.
