SUMMARY:Personalization: Bridging the Gap Between Learning and Performance
DESCRIPTION:The rise of enterprise application software in the near and long term demonstrates that the trend toward digital transformation is not a one or two year trend\, rather it is systemic and long-term. Remote work brought in some much-needed changes to the learning experience. Mandatory week-long training sessions were replaced with more tailored experiences that cater to individual employees’ schedules and needs. \nA one-size-fits-all approach is clearly not serving the needs of enterprises. Learners need more frequent and targeted contextual learning experiences to be successful in the long term. Most companies don’t have the strategy\, content\, or technology in place to execute this. Delivering personalization at scale is the key to improving individual performance and organizational performance. \nIn this session\, we will talk about how L&D leaders can build an adaptive learning environment that provides people with exactly what they need\, when they need it\, in order to build knowledge and skills that align with the organizational goals.
