DESCRIPTION:Many of us are nearly six months into full-time remote work\, yet in so many ways\, we’re still adjusting. Employees need support more than ever\, and learning professionals have the opportunity to help their workforce navigate the nuances of remote work through creative and relevant training sessions. \nThe trainings employees are most interested in right now are related to health & safety\, technical skills\, and mental health & self-care\, according to new research conducted by Vyond and True Global Intelligence. Research also shows that the training employees desire differ by generation and gender – millennials are more interested in mental health and self-care related trainings compared to boomers (48% vs 37%)\, while women are more interested in learning new technical skills than men (41% vs 31%).
