SUMMARY:L&D Business Value — A 4-Stage Measurement Model
DESCRIPTION:Demonstrating the business value of learning and development initiatives is a major challenge for L&D leaders\, both globally and historically. Most models have proved too cumbersome or time-consuming for L&D to adopt. Learnovate\, the learning technology research center based in Trinity College Dublin\, Ireland\, has taken on this challenge.  \nThis webinar will share Learnovate’s findings from this two-year research project\, including development of an initial model\, co-creating a working model with industry and ongoing development of a technology prototype.  \nThe model looks at four stages — Plan\, Explore\, Analyze and Share — that L&D leaders can apply to show the business value resulting from their efforts.
