DESCRIPTION:According to LinkedIn Learning’s 2021 Workplace Learning Report\, your learners are substantially more lonely and disconnected than they were pre-pandemic. In a survey of 2\,393 LinkedIn members\, 31 percent of employees reported feeling less connection to their leaders and 37 percent reported feeling less connected to their teammates. At the same time\, 91 percent of surveyed L&D professionals agreed that teams that learn new skills together are more successful.
