DESCRIPTION:The global economy is starting a downturn. Efficiency will be the top priority of organizations. That means employees will be expected to do more\, with less. Work happens on software in the modern workplace. For businesses\, it is critical to empower their workforces to get the best out of their software application stack to be more efficient and productive. \nFor L&D leaders\, there is a pressing need to demonstrate learning that translates to performance. ‘Digital upskilling’ will have to be done at scale\, especially for a distributed workforce. Learning needs to happen in the flow of work\, without pulling people from their work environment. Learning needs to be continuous and personalized at scale\, to improve knowledge retention. Learning can’t be disjointed. It must go beyond one single task or action at a given time to connect end-to-end processes to deliver integrated experiences that accelerate productivity. \nThis session will discuss ideas on how L&D can implement workflow learning to digitally upskill their workforces and help improve real business outcomes with better efficiency and productivity.
