SUMMARY:Online Learning Environments can Change Behaviour: Gamification in Practice
DESCRIPTION:It’s widely understood that changing environment changes behaviour but is the same true for online learning? This webinar explores how Kaplan Financial has transformed their online learning environment using gamification. This has not just resulted in a better learner experience\, they may have uncovered an interesting bi product. It’s possible by observing how students play the game it can reveal and even encourage desirable characteristics such as diligence\, determination and drive. Desirable because the modern work place requires employees to have more than knowledge to survive and prosper.\nJoin Kaplan’s Head of Learning in conversation with Alan Hiddleston from D2L to find out more.
